Please note we are only shipping essential items e.g. heating, cooling, whiteware, small appliances, computer equipment and personal safety products.
Order volumes are currently very high, we have less staff in the warehouse and processes are slower to follow best safety practises - so orders are taking much longer than normal to ship.

We are now approved and able to ship essential items!
Please bear with us as we are only able to offer a limited range, and have some limits on quantities available for purchase.
All of our deliveries with couriers are contactless and all packages are sent without signature required delivery. Please note due to changes in our warehouse and stress on the courier system it may take longer than normal to process your order.

We are working to bring you a range of in-stock essential products.
We do not have approval to ship these yet. We are currently accepting orders for essential goods only and hoping to be able to ship these in the near future.
If we are unable to get permission to ship we will contact customers and you'll be able to cancel your order.

OffTheBack's warehouse is now closed. Most orders that could be shipped have been shipped, there may be some delays in the courier network as essential deliveries are being prioritised.
Please contact our Customer Service team by email if you have any queries.
We are still selling in-stock items but we will not be dispatching until lockdown is lifted.

OffTheBack's warehouse will close at close of business Wednesday 25/3. All orders placed for in-stock items before 2pm Wednesday will be shipped our prior to lockdown.
There may be some delays recieving parcels as the courier networks are very busy at the moment.
Customer Service will be available only by email. Pre-Sales will be delayed until lockdown is lifted, we encource effected customers to email our customer services team if they have any queries about orders.
During the lockdown period only in-stock items will be available for purchase - however dispatch will happen once lockdown is lifted and we can do this safely.

We are currently planning our response to the change in the Government Alert Level. Our Auckland warehouse is very hard at work to get all outstanding orders shipped by the end of the day Wednesday.
We are working to make sure that customers who have pre-ordered PPE such as masks get this once they arrive in to the country. We will be in touch with customers directly about pre-sale purchases.
Our first priority is the safety of our staff, customers and the community at large. Our customer services team is working from home prepared to continue over the lockdown period and will be able to assist. Please note our response time is slower than normal as we have a large volume of enquiries at this time.
We will provide an update once we have more information.
