Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Information published by Off The Back Limited on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions of entry.
2. The competition is open to all Off The Back members excluding employees of Off The Back, their immediate family members and any of the companies associated with this competition.
3. Entry to the competition is achieved by registering for Off The Back’s daily deal email notification and remaining subscribed until the conclusion of the competition on November 30 2009 15 December 2009.
4. One entry per person only.
5. Off The Back’s decisions on all matters regarding the competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Off The Back reserves the right to extend, change or terminate this competition at any time.
6. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Off The Back accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.
7. Off The Back will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the competition or prizes except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
8. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries.
