I Asked OTB this Earlier... No Response, You have to make each purchase individually there is an option prior to entering your credit card details that says combine. Your First order you will be charged $5.99 Shipping all other orders will be Freighted Free providing the same Details are used Name Email Etc, You also have to click the Combine Box to get the free delivery....

Would love the Suduko game but would rather combine postage/delivery with another item during the day. have told OTB they would sell more if they did that.

Right yup there is a combine note on top that says to check your address details so have done that... Cool

If you get sent the emails it said shipping was capped at $5.99 so you could make multiple purchases over the 36 hours.
If you leave stuff in your basket it expires when the things change.
